General FAQ's
I am a minor. Do I need to be accompanied by 1 adult? Can I buy the tickets?
Minors in the Mega Circuit must be accompanied by adults or requested monitors (see supervision ratios), in the Little Forest Circuit there is no need for adult monitoring, as monitors are always present in the circuit.
In either circuit, minors must be accompanied by adults when purchasing tickets.
Is it safe?
Tree climbing activity is quite safe, the personal equipment can handle a minimum weight of 1500kg and the ropes where the participants get hold of 6000kg.
What kind of clothes should I use to perform tree climbing?
It is advisable to wear comfortable soiled clothing. Closed shoes are mandatory, slippers, sandals and any open shoes are prohibited.
Is it possible to go to the Adventure Park space without purchasing tickets?
Yes, we are inserted in the National Sports Complex of Jamor which is a public space, but to be able to do the circuits, you must purchase tickets.
Is a reservation required to participate in the activities?
Booking is only required from November to February, however, we recommend that you always make a reservation to ensure the desired date, time and circuit are available.
Can I take my pet to Adventure Park?
Yes, as long as you comply with the space usage rules.
What time do activities start and end?
We start activities from 10:00 am to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00, and the last entries in the morning for the Mega Circuit are at 11:30 am, and in the afternoon are at 16:00, and to the Little Forest Circuit are at noon, and 17:00.
Is the Little Forest Circuit just for children?
Our Little Forest circuit is a circuit best suited for children but can be done by adults. It is the circuit indicated to lose the fear of heights.
Is Adventure Park open all year?
Yes, this is an activity for all seasons and we are here all year round, only closed January 1st, December 25th, and Easter Sunday.
What are the conditions that enable the activity to be performed?
In case of heavy rain, strong winds, thunderstorms or heavy fog.
Voucher FAQ's
What does it include?
The entries in the Little Forest Circuit and the Mega Circuit, the initial briefing, the equipment and the insurance.
In the case of Mega Circuit can be purchased the Familia Pack (see conditions).
What is the validity of the voucher?
The voucher is valid for 1 year after purchase.
Conditions?
Cancellation at least 24 hours before the activity.
There is the possibility to change the choice of the Circuit, upon the payment of the remainder is made.
We do not make returns.
How to use the voucher?
Upon receipt of the PDF with the voucher, simply make a reservation and submit it on the day of activity.
